We’re proud to share that Cornerstone Place has been shortlisted for the Homeless Link Excellence Awards 2025, in the category of Unlocking Housing Supply.

This category recognises organisations that are actively increasing access to housing for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness — a mission that sits at the very heart of what we do. Through our unique model of delivering 100% social housing for 0% profit, we work to unlock land, mobilise funding, and create sustainable partnerships that lead to real homes for those who need them most.

Being shortlisted is a powerful endorsement of our approach and our belief that purpose-driven housing solutions can deliver long-term impact and transform lives.

The winner will be announced at the Homeless Link Summer Conference in Nottingham on 2nd and 3rd June — and we’re honoured to be recognised alongside so many others working to tackle housing injustice across the UK.
