Cornerstone Place Shortlisted for Three Northern Housing Awards

We’re proud to share that Cornerstone Place has been shortlisted in three categories at the upcoming Northern Housing Awards 2025—a celebration of the organisations and initiatives transforming housing across the North of England.

The three categories we’ve been recognised in are:

• Best Initiative for Tackling Homelessness

(in partnership with Stepping Stone Projects)

• Northern Housing Partnership of the Year

(in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council)

• SME of the Year

Each of these nominations reflects the collaborative, impact-first approach that underpins everything we do. Whether it’s supporting charities to scale up their housing provision or working with local authorities to unlock and repurpose land for social use, we’re committed to delivering homes—and hope—for those most in need.

We’re especially pleased to be recognised alongside two of our closest partners—Stepping Stone Projects and Rochdale Borough Council—both of whom have shown outstanding leadership in tackling housing challenges with integrity and urgency.

The winners will be announced on 1st May at an awards ceremony in Manchester. We’ll be there with our partners, celebrating the work of so many brilliant organisations making a real difference across the region.
